“The new executives were not chosen because they are the best but because they are destined and they must not look down on their followers as they need them to succeed”.
These were the words of Pastor Emmanuel Oladapo, Permanent Secretary, Christ Redeemers Ministry (CRM) during the Sunday service of the transition of leadership at the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) aka G-Force, University of Jos.
G-Force new phase of leadership marks the beginning of a better and effective tenure as 23 official positions were assigned to the new executives with the help of the choice committee.
Newly elected executives and their positions include Editorial Secretary (Esther Ajoge), Technical Secretary (Yinka Fafre), Academic Secretary (Busola Aduayo), Commercial Secretary (Aje Martha), Visitation Secretary (Kingsley), Welfare Secretary (Issac Mercy), Head Usher (Ado Noah), Evangelism Secretary ( Nicolas Adukoyi), Publicity Secretary (Rebecca Ukare), Mobility Secretary (Emmanuel Utodo), Remedial/ Sports Coordinator (Victor Ubanachi), Bible Study Coordinator (Godwin Alechenu), Prayer Coordinator (Nathaniel Chukwuma), project and maintainance Coordinator (Omotoso Israel), Choir/Alumni Coordinator ( Godwin Ralphael), Treasurer/Decorator (Ojuola Victoria), Financial Secretary (Paul Bitrus), Sister Coordinator (Gloria Emmanuel), Brother Coordinator( Ayuba Elisha), General Secretary (Shem Albert), Vice President (Thomas Gift), President (Godwin Onyebuchi).
In an interview with the former president of G-Force, Mr Opeyemi Ogunjemileyi said it has been God all through as the leadership had not been easy coupled with the academic activities and great expectation which is to be met.
He went ahead to advise the new executives to be in unity as it is a great weapon for team and leadership progress.
The newly elected President said he is grateful to God Almighty who will not leave them on the errand he has sent them
Amongst the special guests were Prof. Akintunde Stephen (University of Jos librarian) and a host of others.
